Jinny’s Place is all about making the most of PSP. Tutorials on the site were written for PSP 7, 8 and 9 and most seem to have been done in 2004. Tutorials are presented in “viewlet” format (basically a slide show) and the topics covered range from creating frames to creating metal effects.
Although the tutorials are older there are some very interesting ones, and its worth a look if you use PSP.
